This Privacy Policy explains how Land Atlas LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information through this website and its buy box form (the "Service"). It is part of our Terms of Use. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Use.

Summary: the information you submit is shared with our affiliates and with a network of independent land investors, wholesalers, and deal finders who may contact you by phone, text, and email.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit the form we collect your company name, full name, email address, phone number, state, city, zip code, county, buying criteria (price, lot size, features, due diligence terms, and similar details), notes, and preferred contact method.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Service we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and the date and time of your visit, including through cookies and similar technologies.

Information from other sources. We may verify, correct, or supplement your submission using public records, phone verification, and third party data providers.

2. How we use information

• To operate the Service and match your buying criteria with land opportunities.
• To share your information with the Network as described in Section 3.
• To contact you, and to allow our affiliates and Network Members to contact you, by phone, text, and email, as you consented to in the Terms of Use.
• To verify, maintain, and improve our data and the Service.
• To keep records of your consent and to comply with law, enforce our Terms, and protect our rights.

3. How we share information

With the Network. At your direction, we disclose the information you submit to our affiliates, to software platforms operated by us or our affiliates, and to their registered users and subscribers ("Network Members"). Network Members are independent third parties. Their use of your information is governed by their own practices, not this Policy, and we cannot retrieve information they have already viewed, saved, or exported.

With service providers who host, store, verify, or process data for us under confidentiality obligations.

For legal reasons, when we believe disclosure is required by law or legal process, or needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or others.

In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

4. Your choices

• Texts: reply STOP to any text message to stop texts from that sender.
• Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop emails from that sender.
• Removal or update: email support@landatlas.com from an address associated with your submission. We will stop displaying your information to the Network within 10 business days after we verify your request. Removal does not reach copies Network Members already hold.
• Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

5. Your state privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. To make a request, email support@landatlas.com. We will verify your request and respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

6. Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including keeping records of consent and complying with legal obligations, and then delete or de-identify it.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to or stored by us.

8. Children

The Service is for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy by posting a new version with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept it.
